1.Understand the International Business Environment: Students will learn about the characteristics of global markets, including economic, political, legal, and cultural factors. 2.Analyze International Market Opportunities: Students will learn how to evaluate and select international market entry strategies and understand the advantages and disadvantages of different market entry modes. 3.Formulate International Business Strategies: Students will learn how to develop suitable international business strategies based on the company's resources and capabilities, including product positioning, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional strategies. 4.Implement and Control International Business Strategies: Students will learn how to effectively execute and monitor international business strategies to ensure successful implementation.
