本課程提供對於各種國際財務管理工具之實務與理論的全面性介紹與分析，對於日後欲從事國際匯兌與財務管理者提供之基礎課程，主要內容：國際金融運作的架構、即期、遠期、期貨及選擇權外匯市場的組織與功能， 外匯市場避險及投機操作的管道與機制；國際匯兌的管理及方法；長短期國際金融市場現狀與展望。

This course provides a fundamental understanding of multinational financial management. The contents include the overview of this subject and the perspective of foreign exchange rate. These aspects cover the introduction of international financial management, understanding exchange rate, foreign exchange risk management. Students are expected to learn the basic knowledge of multinational financial management and to obtain sufficient skills in managing foreign exchange rate risk.
