組織理論與管理的主題關注發生在組織間、組織中的現象。本課程指在協助學生了解「組織理論」的相關理論，包括策略擬定、組織設計、組織文化、國際化等主題，將分成環境、組織間、組織內等層次依序介紹。除了課程講授，亦適度引入當紅的重要議題，如：企業社會責任、永續經營等，並搭配期刊文章閱讀與個案討論，有助學生將所學知識應用於生活現象之中。

The course is going to introduce organizational structure, corporate strategy, the relationship between these two concepts, and several corporate governance issues, which will cover concepts and hot issues in the organizational setting and globalization trend. To provide theoretical and practical perspectives, important theories and applications are both introduced. 主軸在於介紹組織結構、企業策略及兩者之間的關係，同時探討多項公司治理議題，課程內容涵蓋組織運作與全球化趨勢下的重要概念與熱門議題；為兼顧理論與實務觀點，課程除介紹相關的重要理論外，亦將結合實際案例與應用，協助學生理解組織管理與企業經營的核心議題。
