On completion of the course, students should be able to (1) use 100% English with their classmates and future co-workers to complete cooperative projects; (2) express their opinions to and exchange ideas with classmates and native speakers in English; (3) communicate ideas in English for discussion/debate/casual and formal presentation; and (4) communicate effectively in English in small group discussion in formal and informal situations with both native and non-native speakers of English.
