評分項目	配分比例	說明
Exam I: Academic products	20	This is a short-answer test that requires you to look at several academic products and extract citation information.
Exam II: Finding sources	25	This exam tests your ability to use the library catalog, other THU e-resources, and the Internet to find high-quality sources of information.
Exam III: Paraphrasing, quoting, and citation	30	This exam tests your ability to quote, paraphrase, and use MLA style correctly for in-text citation and the works cited list.
Plagiarism paper	15	This is a 2-3 page paper that requires you to answer several questions related to plagiarism issues.
Homework	10	There will be several homework assignments you need to download from Moodle, complete, then upload.

教育目標

By the end of this course, you should be able to 1) find materials through academic sources such as the library and online databases, 2) evaluate the quality of materials you find, 3) follow academic citation conventions when using information from those materials in their own assignments, and 4) understand the concept of academic integrity and the importance of avoiding plagiarism.
