本課程為財務金融系之財務管理基礎課程之第二部份，內容涵蓋風險、資本結構、股利理論長短期融資與特定主題等，本課程對財務管理理論基礎的建立非常重要，尤其對於將來須學習財務進階課程的學生而言，是一個不可避免的學習過程，學生經由本課程應可以獲得較為紮實的財務管理基礎。

This course provides an advanced understanding to corporate finance. The focus will be on building solid foundations, with practical illustrations of the concepts, and on developing analytic skills for important issues in corporate finance. The topics include project valuation, corporate valuation and governance, cash distribution and capital structure, working capital management, investment banking, mergers, reorganization, and liquidation.
