教育目標
1.To design of sampling programmes: “begin with the end in mind”approaches as well as determining data precision and number of sampling replicates required, Specific considerations in planning studies, Common stream habitats and their periphyton communities, etc.
2. To learn and construct lab work in Biomass analyses, Taxonomic analyses, Data analysis and reporting, and learning how to use Identification guide to common periphyton in Taiwan streams and rivers.
3. To conduct a peryphyton community survey that may lead to a graduation/capstone project.
