教育目標

This is an introductory course for students to be familiar with the operation of all divisions management in a hotel. Contents of the course include the role of each functional departments/division in hospitality management, environmental/energy/safety management. Students who finish this course could obtain solid knowledge about hotel operation from the entry level to management level prospectives. It will be a good course to prepare students for the upcoming internship.
