教育目標
An introduction to the various statistical methods and techniques which are most appropriate in the analysis of problems in the hospitality field. Some basic concepts of the foundation of research, data collection techniques, statistical techniques and analysis are discussed and incorporated through out the semester.1. To introduce basic concepts in statistics.
2. To provide students with the skills necessary to perform simple data analyses.
3. To help students be informed and critical readers of quantitative arguments.
