教育目標
The course is intended to present the concepts and principles of research, and to advise on how to set out, conduct and pto present the concepts and principles of research, It is designed to introduce the student to basic concepts and problems encountered in social scientific investigation, including types of data and measurement, sampling, probability, and research design.

1.Lead students to search for relating subjects of Restaurant and Hotel Management.
2. Train students to think independently, and increase ability of data collection and analysis
