旅館業概論課程主要在介紹飯店產業歷史、類型、介紹各部門的工作,服務的基本態度理念以及飯店產業的競爭策略,學生可以了解飯店各部門如何分工運作,作為將來職涯發展的參考。

Welcome to Introduction to Hotel Management. This is a foundational course prior to other more advanced studies. This is an exciting course, a course that explores the vast boundaries of various management techniques in running a 1000-room hotel or a 10-room bed and breakfast. My duty here is to be your guide that assisting you to explore various aspects of hotel operations, to acquire basic hotel management knowledge and skills, and most importantly, to find your passion for hotel service job, and to build a successful career in this amazing profession.
