教育目標

At the completion of this course, students will be able to identify, understand, and apply a wide variety of basic supervisory, management, and leadership theories presented in contemporary business literature. Understand his/her supervisory and management style through self-evaluation.

This course has been designed to take the graduate student, already having an academic foundation in human resource management one step beyond into the literature focusing on problems and issues of specific interest in the hospitality area.
