Corporate finance is one of the key subjects for corporations to comprehend for successful development. It is also essential for investors following the wisdom of corporate finance to accurately evaluate the corporate performance. This course is based on such perspective and designed to provide a collection of solutions for corporate problems. Bridging the topics of financial management we studied in the prior semester, this course will further introduce the major issues of risk and returns, cost of capital, capital structure, dividend policy, long term financing, and short-term financing.
