顧野松教育目標
The course is designed for students majoring in chemical engineering in their sophomore year. It will provide students with comprehensive and up-to-date skills for learning engineering mathematics, which is an applied mathematics for engineers. The course will give students a clear view of what engineering mathematics is all about, as well as the required proficiency in all three phases of problem solving, such as modeling, solving, and interpreting. Meanwhile, students will be able to use MATLAB as an instrument for problem solving.
課程概述
Course Objective: This engineering mathematics course is designed for 2nd to 4th-year college students having previous knowledge in calculus (passing grade only). Students enrolled in this course should expect to learn the definition and solution techniques to ordinary differential equations (ODE), Laplace transform, and numerical methods.
