教育目標

The objective of this course is to introduce students to the procedures, documents and strategies of US litigation which they will likely encounter when working for a multinational corporation or law firm. The goal is to make the students competent in understanding general legal terminology, understanding the meaning of legal documents, and provide them with a n analytical framework in which to draft legal arguments.

This course is designed as an introduction to United States litigation practice. The course will be taught and tested in English. Student daily participation during class is mandatory and graded.
