Seminar discussion is one credit and to train student’s ability for researching any subjects relating to Restaurant and Hotel Management independently, such as Hospitality Marketing, Human Resource Management, Food Safety and Sanitation, Consumer Behavior Analysis etc. Students are divided into groups by subjects, and should decide the theme and study method in this semester.

1.Lead students to search for relating subjects of Restaurant and Hotel Management.
2. Train students to think independently, and increase ability of data collection and analysis.
