教育目標

What is it that all religious traditions have in common? How do we distinguish a religion from an ideology, such as Marxism, or a philosophical movement, such as the European Enlightenment? To answer such questions as these we will examine the experiences of revelation that are found at the heart of any and all religious traditions: that is, human experiences that are interpreted subjectively as messages from the Other World, however that other world is envisioned--as God, as the ancestors, as the kami, Great Spirit, or gods, and so forth.

課程概述
