Seminar discussion is one credit and to train student’s ability for researching any subjects relating to Restaurant and Hotel Management independently, such as Hospitality Marketing, Human Resource Management, Food Safety and Sanitation, Consumer Behavior Analysis etc. Students are divided into groups by subjects, and should decide the theme and study method in this semester.
To complete this seminar couse, studetns need to submit a research proposal, and present their proposal to the entire faculty team in charging the seminar course. The proposal needs to include introduction, literature, and methodologies. After receiving approval of the proposal, students then can continue to the data analysis propcess. Studetns need to meet with their thesis advisor(s) on a regular basis and discuss the progress of the research agenda.
課程概述
培養學生閱讀、資料分析、實驗設計、問題討論。訓練學生具有歸納問題,追求及探索知識的能力,透過口頭報告培養學生表達的能力,進而訓練學生具有從事生命科學相關議題研究的能力。
